fresh towelslovely touchfriendly staff

The room was SUPER clean with fresh towels every day. The housekeeping staff even left towel sculptures. What a lovely touch! The pool area was AMAZING!!! The private beach also had lots to keep us entertained.

The work to replace flooring next to the dining area went on for days. The noise and smell of adhesive were quite overpowering.

the room was very spacious. it had a comfortable bed. the sea view i enjoyed from my balcony was beautiful. i found plentiful facilities and well kept grounds. i thought the variety of food had something for everyone. ibrahim, my cleaner, did a perfect job. the towel displays were good and a nice touch.

the evening music ended sooner as i would have liked. this was a minor issue though.

a decent stay with some issues

i really liked the staff. mohammad, sam, valentina, and shika from the dive team were amazing. they looked after us and kept us safe during dives. they even made sure we understood the whys and not just the hows. the hotel gave us complementary a la carte restaurants and late check out.

i didn't like the food so much. the taste wasn't great and it was bland. mealtimes was like a chore not a pleasure. i also noticed work being done to replace flooring next to the dining area and it was noisy. the smell of the adhesive was strong.
